I am a McPherson College Automotive Restoration Alum. During my four years of schooling, I have gained knowledge through courses covering all aspects of the automobile restoration process.
In addition, I have been fortunate enough to go on multiple internships during my four years as a student. My first experience was with Fast Lane Classic Cars in St. Charles, Mo. During my time there, I was able to work on vehicles ranging from the 1960s to 1980s and learned more in-depth practices involving suspension, brakes, fabrication, and overall final assembly. The following year I was invited to work at Muscle Car Restoration in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. I mainly worked in the paint department and gained further knowledge of the body preparation and painting aspects of the restoration process. My summer of 2023 I interned at Evergreen Historic Auto in Evergreen, Mo. During this internship, I worked on a variety of vehicles but mostly 1930s era. I was able to provide maintenance on the cars and accompany these vehicles to concourse events including Keeneland in Kentucky and Pebble Beach in California. My last internship I worked at was Mann's Restoration in Festus Mo. I gained knowledge in the upholstery department. I am now following my passion doing upholstery at Classic Car Studio in Brentwood Mo.
